Friedman (U. of Pennsylvania School of Medicine), NIH RO1     GM088441-01 grant, Achieving success for women in academic medicine: a randomized multi-level trial. Multi-year study of the impact of Total Leadership program and two other interventions on the lives and careers of women in academic medicine.
